Weather update

As you are probably well aware, the extreme snow and ice conditions in many areas of the country have caused severe disruptions to road transport. We are doing everything we can to deliver our customer orders on time but delays may be inevitable in some instances. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We thank you for your patience and understanding. Although the area you live may be passable, your goods may be coming from or via an area that is not. As such we cannot guarantee 4 – 6 working day delivery for any orders at this time or indeed delivery in time for Christmas in many of the worst affected areas.
