Terms and Conditions

1. To enter this prize draw, purchase any bag of BETA® 3kg or larger from the Pets at Home website www.petsathome.com between 00:01 on 30th November 2012 and 23:59 on 31st December 2012, for your chance to win 1 of 10 collar cameras. Open to UK, Channel lslands and Isle of Man residents over the age of 18. Only one entry per household is permitted.

2. The 10 winners will be selected at random from all entries by Pets at Home on Thursday 31st January 2013.

3. The winners will be notified by e-mail on or after Thursday 31st January 2013.

4. The selection panel’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into in respect of the decision.

5. The 10 winners will each receive a collar camera.  There is no cash alternative to the stated prize.  Winners must claim their prize by 31st May 2012.

6. Purchase necessary. Entry to the prize draw is open to persons who purchase BETA® 3kg or larger on the Pets at Home website. Purchases from Pets at Home stores or those made via click and collect will not be eligible for entry.

7. By entering the prize draw, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to Pets at Home using your name and photo for publicity purposes. 

8. Employees of Pets at Home and their families are excluded from entering the prize draw.

9. Pets at Home reserves the right to amend, vary or, in exceptional circumstances, cancel the prize draw.

10. The names of the prize winners may be obtained by written request to the address below by enclosing a stamped addressed envelope and marking the request for the attention of “BETA® Collar Camera Prize Draw”.
