Can I do a work placement in store?

To ensure that we can really add value to people undertaking work experience we currently only offer a 2 week work experience programme for Year 10 students as part of their National Curriculum, primarily in June/July.

I am looking for a Year 10 work experience placement – who do I contact?

If you are interested in a Year 10 work experience placement with Pets at Home please contact your local store and they will be able to advise you as to whether they can offer you a work experience placement.

I am 15 and looking for a part-time job whilst I am studying. Can I get a job in a Pets at Home store?

Unfortunately we do not employ anyone who has not yet finished school or anyone who is below the age of 16.

You are opening a new store near where I live, how can I apply to work there?

All colleague vacancies for new stores are advertised within the nearest Job Centre to the new store’s location. Please contact your local Job Centre for more information.

I’m interested in working at your Support Office and/or Distribution Centres, how can I apply?
