Dental Care

Dental care is just as important for your pet as it is for you.

Dry food and chew toys help clean teeth but they don't always clean at the gumline where most dental problems begin. Using a toothbrush and palatable toothpaste will help keep your pets teeth clean and will help remove and deter plaque.

Cleaning your pet’s teeth can be easier than you think; it will only take a few minutes a day.

Fortunately, the outside of the teeth need the most attention and they can easily be reached. Brushing your pet’s teeth on a regular basis will ensure fresher breath, healthier and more comfortable teeth for them and less expensive future vet bills for you!

Providing natural chews and specially designed dental chew toys will also keep your dog’s teeth and gums in tip top condition. Plus chewing is a natural behaviour for dogs and so providing chews will keep them entertained and help prevent boredom.

NEVER use human toothpaste for your pet as they often contain detergents which can cause foaming and stomach irritation!
