Raine, Store Manager

I have work for Pets at Home since 1997 and have worked in many stores in our North East area.

Expertise: SQP Trained, C&G Live stock, C&G Management.

Pets: I have 3 cats called Oscar, Angel and Luna, and two chinchillas called Harry and Holy. I also have a cold water fish tank.

Sarah, Assistant Manager

I started working for Pets At Home in 2002, starting as a part time store colleague then working my way up to Assistant Manager.

Expertise: SQP Trained, Professional Certificate in Aquatic Management, Reptile trained.

Pets: I have a cat called Gypsy, four Duprasi called Osiris, Tarik, Shani and Anubis, two Steppe Lemmings called Venus and Mars. I also keep hamsters of which I have 4 Syrians, 6 campbells Russians and 3 roborovskis.

Last buy not least I have 2 fish tanks, both tropical.  I have a small tank which I keep a male fighting fish in with some shrimp, and I have a large community tank.

Shaun, Assistant Manager

Hi, I'm Shaun, one of the Assistant Manager's for the Sunderland store. I have been with the company for nearly 5 years now, I started as a part-time team member, and withdrew from a Bio-Medical Science degree to pursue a career with Pets At Home.  The reason was I developed a real passion for the business and get a lot of satisfaction from helping customers, whether it be advice or complaints.  From studying what I did I have a great interest in Cat and Dog nutrition and conditioning of them.  I also have a strong knowledge of most things fish!  

Expertise:SQP Trained, Nutrition Advisor, Reptile trained.

Pets: I have a two year old west highland terrier cauld Douglas.
