Our store colleagues are passionate about what they do. Not only do they get a buzz from working in a fast-paced retail environment but they get to combine this with their love for pets!

You really do need to be a people person to work in our stores and you will love talking to our customers. Identifying with their needs, you will provide positively outrageous customer service by showing them just how much you know about pets and the products we sell in store.

We don’t expect that you’ll have lots of pet knowledge before you join us – just a passion for pets and a can-do attitude!

Management Team
Our store management teams are made up of a Store, Deputy and an Assistant Manager, and all play a key role in ensuring that our store teams are engaged, motivated and that they continue to love working for Pets at Home.

Our managers are hands-on people with a love for retail and passionate about world class service. To be a successful manager you’ll be driven, commercially focussed and thrive off the challenges that come with working in the retail world.
