Terms & Conditions

This voucher is promoted by Pets at Home Limited.  By using this voucher you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions of use.  This voucher is only valid from Sunday 24th February 2013 until close of business on Sunday 3rd March 2013. This voucher entitles you to a £5 discount off the in-store discounted price of £10, which equates to £10 off our standard microchipping price of £15. This voucher can only be redeemed against microchipping for a single pet, and only applies to dogs and cats.

This voucher can only be used once and it must be used in one transaction.
This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other Pets at Home discount vouchers or promotions. Discounts will only be given at the point of sale and will not apply retrospectively.
This voucher can only be used in Pets at Home stores or Groom Rooms and cannot be used in Companion Care vet surgeries. The discounted amount cannot be refunded. There is no cash alternative. One voucher per person.  To validate your voucher, fill in your details on the voucher and hand to the cashier.

Due to colleague availability we cannot guarantee that your pet can be microchipped. We strongly advise that you contact your nearest store to confirm that colleagues who are specially trained in microchipping are available.

By completing the voucher you are agreeing to receive this information.
