Creating a petsathome.com account

At the beginning of placing your order, you'll have the opportunity to register with us in order to be able to retrieve your details and chosen delivery address. (Please note that this does not include your payment card details.) You'll be asked to set up a password to access your account.

Changing your account details

If you wish to change or update your online account information (including your email address, password or communication preferences) click here to go the 'My Account' page, then select 'Personal and Pet Information'. You will then be able to change the details you originally gave.

If you would like to subscribe or unsubscribe from our mailing list, then go into 'Order Status' and click on the 'Your interests and promotional preferences' link.

Managing the emails you receive

We'd like all our customers to receive the information they need to make their online shopping experience successful.

As a customer we'll automatically send you emails confirming your order, its despatch and any changes you might make to the order or your personal details. We'll also contact you in the unlikely event that there's a problem with the payment or delivery of your order.

In addition, we can keep you up-to-date with special offers and products we think you'll like. If you want to subscribe to our regular email newsletters, simply enter the competition on the home page or click the sign up link in 'My Account'.

If you no longer want to receive emails from us, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails we send you to remove your address from our list.

How to log out completely

If you use a shared or public computer to shop at petsathome.com, you should sign out when you've finished to prevent other users from accessing your personal information.

To "Sign out" click the 'Signout' link under the 'My Account' link at the top of the page. Your personal information is then removed from the computer.

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, all you need to do is enter your email address on the 'Signin' page, then click 'Forgotten your password?' and we will email you your password information. Then simply follow the instructions in the email to change your password.
