Pets at Home are proud to be able to offer our customers the following licensed flea and worming treatments: |
|
In order for us to be able to do this we employ Suitably Qualified people (SQP’s) in our stores and at our head office to safely dispense these products to you. To become an SQP these team members have attended a course and sat the relevant exams to gain the SQP qualification and gain CPD (Continued Professional Development) points on an ongoing basis. To purchase these products in store please ask a team member for the duty SQP who will then be able to assist you with your purchase. To purchase online please add the relevant restricted veterinary medicine products to your basket and fill in the short, required, questionnaire on your pets and our head office SQP’s will check your order and either dispense to you or contact you should they need to query your order. Please be aware it is a legal requirement that the SQP’s receive your pet’s details and review the order to ensure the correct strength of licensed product has been ordered. An SQP cannot supply a restricted veterinary medication that is outside of the weight, age and species requirements of the product you intend to purchase and orders that do not meet these criteria will be cancelled and refunded. Our online SQP’s are: Leanne Friar E-SQP QE7345 Pets at Home Ltd An up to date list of SQP’s can be found here: http://www.vmd.defra.gov.uk/pdf/register_AMTRA_SQPs.pdf We state in each product description what pets each restricted veterinary medicine product is suitable for but if you require additional information on any of the restricted veterinary medicine products we sell, you can find further details here: http://www.vmd.defra.gov.uk/ProductInformationDatabase/ In the unlikely event of an adverse reaction to a restricted veterinary medicine product please contact us immediately.
