Licensed Medicines
As a registered internet retailer of veterinary medicines, Pets at Home are proud to be able to offer our customers the following licensed flea and worming treatments:
In order for us to be able to do this we employ Suitably Qualified Persons (SQP’s) in our Pet Care Centres, at our Support Office and Distribution Centres to safely dispense these products to you.
Please be aware it is a legal requirement that the SQP’s receive your pet’s details and review the order to ensure the correct strength of licensed product has been ordered. An SQP cannot supply a restricted veterinary medication that is outside of the weight, age and species requirements of the product you intend to purchase and orders that do not meet these criteria will be cancelled and refunded.
To purchase online please add the relevant restricted veterinary medicine products to your basket and fill in the required, short, questionnaire on your pets and one of our Online SQP’s will check your order and either dispense to you or contact you should they need to query your order.
To purchase these products at a Pet Care Centre please ask a team member for the duty SQP who will then be able to assist you with your purchase.
