Keep out of reach of children. It is a legal requirement under The Control of Dogs Order 1992 for a dog to wear a collar and tag in a public place. A collar should fit comfortably, but make sure you can fit two fingers between the collar and neck (and remember to regularly check carefully under the collar for redness or hair loss that could be caused by an ill-fitting collar). Remember, young pets grow fast and their collars will need adjusting regularly and eventually replacing. WARNING When using liquid flea treatments on your pet, please remove their collar as the chemical may react with the material and the buckle. For your pet's safety, examine the collar regularly for wear and tear and replace when appropriate, remembering also that pets can chew items unexpectedly, and if any material is ingested to seek immediate veterinary advice. Do not leave pets unattended while using this collar, and please ensure you remove your pet's collar before placing them into a pet crate.
