Only worked for a year before the pump gave up on us. Also problems with algae forming even though we cleaned it regularly. Maybe needed cleaning even more frequently, but have never had that problem before. Good if you're willing to clean nearly every day, and hopefully it would last more than a year

Great product apart from the fact that the spout is pushed out with the water pressure but works fine without it.

its silent, you can change how the water comes out, easy to clean, a little fiddly with the wire but can unplug the usb part of the cable and take to sink to clean. my cats drink so much more with this dont even use their water bowls now and my cat who keeps getting cystitis uses it too so think hes drinking more water now which is great as i never see him drink! its sturdy too one cat tries to pull it over all the time and it just moves along the carpet never overturns! glad i chose this one my last fountain they barely used and could hear the motor. plus this is a nice height for them. it also has a filter you can replace when its ran out

Doesn't provide clean water for your cat, avoid! Really disappointed, water is consistently full of algae, never had an issue with other fountains and clean regularly.

Bought this for my kitten a couple of weeks ago and the alimentation wire, as it's a plugin appliance, it's so thin and my kitten chewed it. Good thing we've noticed it and our kitten is safe. Suggested to the manufacturer to change it to an USB charge or a thicker cable. Hazardous, thin wire.
