was excited to offer this to my cat yet it is impossible to check hydration with out moving the screen that stops cats from scratching in the planter which lead to shorter plants getting bent. Not the end of the world yet when I went in to check it one day I found mold and I don't want that for my cat. Same thing with the filters in the water fountain so I stopped with the grass until I find a way to avoid mold and I no longer use filters in my fountain.

My experience doesn't fit the better reviews here. I did soak the seeds in a paper towel and watched three videos online. The instructions among the videos were conflicting and apparently I picked a dud. Four, count them, four pieces of grass. They were so thin my cat didn't even notice them. I suggest that Catit provide the instructions with the kit and/or replacement seed kits to ensure new owners can have some luck. I'm going to try a second time, but I'm REALLY disappointed.

You need to say that the plastic planter is not included

Easy to put together, no mess, started growing within a week. Not fully done growing, I know my cats will love this treat once fully grown.

I love the idea of growing the grass inside but my cats wanted nothing to do with it! I’m going to give it to my daughter because her cat stays inside.
