Catit Triple Action Filter Pad for Flower Fountain 6 Pack

I love the old model with the plastic frame but this model is awful. Since it doesn't have a frame, it doesn't stay on place as well so stuff keeps getting to the pump and because of that it makes an annoying noise. If the old model isn't available anymore, I'll have to find another brand.

Have used this brand for many years. My cats love them.

Horrible filters, plugging off within one week. Water is overflowing the fountain and flooding the floor. I was changing one after one. I bought right away the old filters with plastic cover, the problem dissapeared. I do not recommend this product.

The filters don't drain quickly enough so water pools almost to the top of the fountain bowl. Pooled water accumulates hair and other debris. Very poor performance. The plastic bottom filters perform MUCH better. Water drains quickly so no pooling. I unfortunately bought 2 6 packs of the less-plastic filters. Will find out if I can return anything. Anyway, I will not be ordering these again.

I have been using the regular filters and thought I’d try this less plastic version. Save the Earth right? Unfortunately the less plastic version does not work as well as the more plastic version. The water drains too slowly so it pools and almost reaches the edge of the fountain. Will be going back to the plastic bottomed filters.

the new filter doesn't let the water through like the original did. The water level remains at an inch deep , up to the overflow vent, so you have to remove the centre to refill it or it spills onto the floor. That was never an issue with the previous filter with plastic, I could just add more water and it went through the filter. This new filter has been in a week and I really dislike the way it works.
