The timer interface is really easy to program and change. The stainless steal containers are really easy to clean, it’s nice that they’re dishwasher safe. The bowls are a bit small, I think maybe my cat doesn’t like that her whiskers press against the feeder, as opposed to the wider shallow bowl we used to use.

This has been perfect for ensuring my cat has access to fresh food throughout the day and night, outside of when I feed her wet fodd at 5:00pm. I can cover 2 and a half days worth of meals if needed, so it's good to know that if I stay out late or am away for the night, she won't go hungry. I've had the feeder for nearly a year now and still have not had to change the batteries. It's loud when it rotates, but after a few days my cat (; I) got used to it. It's easy to refill and clean, just unclip the lid and take out the central plug and you're able to access and remove everything inside. I only use it for dry food right now, so I can't comment on how the ice packs and wet food storage is. But it's genuinely such a time and energy saver for me.

I ordered it for my new rescue cat but before it was delivered decided it wasn't suitable. I returned it and received payment to my bank really quickly.

Easy to set up, nice and quiet until it rotates but other than that please with purchase, would recommend.

Hi Duchess here, I have asked my owners to thank you for my super new feeder. I hear the food move round and then rush to eat. I like the size of the bowl as seems to slow down how I have to eat. Great value

Great feeder. I like that the steel inserts are individual, since I often not use all of them and now just have to wash the ones I used. After reading the manual it was easy to setup the clock and feeding times. Big plus for being able to turn feeding off easily as well. Wishing for app connection as well but for this price you cant get that. Great value.
