When my cat was inside the carrier following a tooth extraction the handle came off once the carrier was lifted up. Fortunately the strong vet nurse was able to catch the carrier and my cat was shaken but unhurt. PetsatHome replaced the carrier the next day when I returned the faulty one. The replacement, which I have not yet used, was carefully checked by the assistant.

Good size and easy to open from side top and completely lift off roof. Nice to have a small food tray and cushion as included accessories. Easy to carry and is sturdy even with two 8 month kittens in together.
