How to use:
Initially your dog may not be used to wearing the headcollar, so take some time and ensure there is a positive association with it. Show the headcollar first and allow them to sniff it to show it is nothing to be scared of. Feed some treats through the noseband and once accepted you can secure the neck section, snug but not too tight. Once your dog is wearing the headcollar. The noseband should sit halfway down the nose, away from the eyes, and without pressure on the chin strap, your dog should be able to open their mouth fully. Keep up praise and rewards so wearing the headcollar becomes a really positive experience. For added safety attach the security link to the D ring of your dogs collar in addition to the lead. Never leave the headcollar with an unsupervised dog as they may chew through it.
