To load in the poo bags, unscrew the end of the torch that houses the bulb to open the poo bag dispenser. Slot in your poo bags and feed the loose end through the opening and re-attach the bulb end and screw close. For the Torch, simply click the button, select your desired light setting to turn the torch on and off.
