Cat Insurance

Your feline friend

Your cat is more than just a pet – they’re a proper member of the family, and need looking after as much as anyone else.

In case the worst happens and they are injured or fall ill, it’s only natural you want to do your best to make sure they are protected. But treatment isn’t cheap and vet bills are rising all the time.

Peace of mind

At Pets at Home, pets come first, it’s not just something we say, it’s everything we do.

We understand just how much you cherish your cat and how important it is for them to be healthy and happy. If you insure your cat with us, you can be confident you’ve chosen a provider who has your cat’s best interests at heart.

Choosing the right cover for you and your cat...

Classic - Preparing for the unexpected

  • Your cat will be covered to the vets fee limit for up to 12 months, from the start of the illness or injury providing your policy is renewed and paid up to date.
  • If your cat still needs treatment for the same condition after the 12 months have passed, they will not be covered.

Premier cover - Lifetime cover

  • Your cat will be covered up to the policy limit for each year they need the treatment.
  • As long as you keep your policy renewed, your premiums paid up to date and the insurer invites renewal, there is no limit on how long you can claim for each illness or injury.
  • Suitable cover for cats who may develop an ongoing illness such as diabetes or kidney disease.
