Still can't find your membership number? Don't worry, just contact our Customer Care team by clicking 'Support' at the bottom of this page.
To help our planet, we now send most of our vouchers digitally. So that you and your pet don’t miss any vouchers we send your way, our 4 top tips are:
- Always scan your Pets Club card when you shop with us or use our vets or Pets Grooming. If you’re shopping online, you just need to sign in before checking out so we know it’s you.
- Make sure you’ve registered all your pets with us so we can send them the most relevant vouchers. You can do this in the ‘My pets’ section of your online Account.
- Make sure you've opted in to receive communications from us. You can do this in the ‘Settings’ section of your online Account under ‘Contact preferences’.
- Download the free Pets app and sign in. By doing this, you’ll be able to quickly and easily access your vouchers in the ‘My vouchers & offers’ section on the homepage.
As well as vouchers, you get more benefits as a Pets Club member, including a free quarterly magazine, tailored expert advice and a donation to your favourite animal charity every time you shop.
- Once you’ve created your Pets Club account, make sure you’re signed in on the website or Pets at Home app.
- If you’re on the app, tap 'My vouchers & offers' on the homepage.
- If you’re on the desktop website, scroll down to ‘My offers’ and scroll through your vouchers.
- Your voucher should be there waiting for you. Tap ‘View voucher’ and scan the barcode in-store or click 'Apply' to apply online to your basket.
Your free puppy food voucher and 75% off kitten food vouchers are valid in store only and on a single pack of:
- Puppy - Wainwright's, AVA, Ruff's Recipes, Wildways, Step Up and nutribalance dry puppy food (up to 3kg) or wet puppy food (up to 6x400g or tetra pack).
- Kitten – AVA, Wainwright’s, Seriously Good dry kitten food (up to 2kg) or wet kitten food (12x85g and 12x70g).
Valid for new puppy and kitten sign ups only with a maximum of 2 vouchers per pet type per customer.
