Quiko Classic egg food is a high-quality concentrate and rearing food for all ornamental bird species such as canaries, woodland birds, exotic birds, budgerigars, large parakeets and parrots.

The specially baked biscuit with a high egg content is a source of protein for young birds. Quiko Classic can be given all year round as a condition feed. The combination of egg biscuit, honey and vitamins in Quiko Classic supports breeding and show results both during rearing and during the moulting and show period.

When rearing woodland birds, it is advisable to supplement the egg food with animal protein (e.g. pinkies, buffalo worms or mealworms). A varied diet is particularly important to keep your birds healthy. Grain food contains little protein and essential vitamins. Pelleted and heated food offers no variety and is not very popular with birds. Therefore, supplement the conventional food with Quiko egg food to increase the protein and vitamin intake. As most birds eat the egg food first, it is ideal for mixing in vitamins or medication if required.
