When your kitten is around 4 months old, their growth rate might slow, but their activity levels are on the up and up It's a time when your kitten needs the right nutrients to support developing bones, muscles, organs, and immune and nervous systems. Very soon, your kitten will also develop 30 adult teeth. Royal Canin Kitten is specially formulated to support the nutritional needs of kittens in the 'consolidation phase' of their growth. This tailored diet contains adapted levels of protein, minerals, and vitamins to help satisfy your kitten's rising energy levels and support growing bones and muscles. It also contains nutrients such as vitamins C and E to support the development of the kitten's natural immune system. Royal Canin Kitten is also enriched with omega-3 fatty acids (DHA) to support brain development and healthy vision. Thanks to a combination of beneficial prebiotics (MOS) and highly digestible proteins, Royal Canin Kitten also helps to support a healthy balance of intestinal microbiota (gut flora) for good digestion. The kibble in Royal Canin Kitten has also been specially designed for your kitten's tiny mouth. A mechanical brushing effect as your kitten chews helps to support dental health. Did you know that a kitten's nutritional needs change as they grow? By the time your kitten reaches 12 months old, they will need a diet that's specially adapted to meet their nutritional needs as a grown cat. At this stage, you can transition them onto the Royal Canin range of diets for adult cats, available as dry kibble or wet food in loaf, gravy or jelly. At Royal Canin, we're committed to creating a better world for cats and dogs. For more than 50 years, we've worked closely with breeders, vets, and pet experts, sharing specialist knowledge and scientific research to create a dedicated approach to individualised, precise nutritional solutions. All of our products undergo an extensive quality control process to guarantee the optimal quality of food. When your kitten eats Royal Canin Kitten, they're getting a complete and balanced diet.

Royal Canin put the animal first in everything they do. Every decision they make is based on years of study in their own centre and on partnerships with veterinary schools, universities and breeders. The aim is always the same, to provide precise nutritional solutions to meet the need of your pet. Those needs can be very different and one food does not suit all. Age, breed, size and lifestyle are all taken into account. Royal Canin were the first to meet the different needs of small, medium and large breeds, and to develop breed specific foods.

My little Chili loves Royal Canin kitten dry food. As soon as she hears the bag, she comes running.

Our family kitten is thriving on a good quality diet! The dogs used to think they were superior eating Royal Canin, but now the cat has caught up, and she’ll never be going back! Worth the investment for good health and a happy cat!

        Yes, I recommend this product

I have just adopted two rescue kittens and was worried about finding them food they liked and food I know is good for them. The good news is that the Royal Canin kitten food has ticked both of those boxes perfectly.

            Yes, I recommend this product

We were gifted this for our new kitten by the vet as part of their new kitten packs. Our kitten loved his food and it gave him the energy he needed to explore the world. (and nibble our ankles :) ) The pieces are a perfect size too so I don't worry about him choking. As he's eating good, healthy meals, his health and wellbeing are as good as ever and he's always looking forward to dinner.

I was given a pack og Royal Canin KITTEN, whe collected the little furball, that night i have never seen a kitten devour and enjoy his biscuits so much, he is still passionate and vocalizes, if his meal isnt ready when he is. Since then I have purchased 2 more bags, a Maine Coon and a Royal Canin skin and fur, do a mix, i think i got it right now, i will keep my imp on this mix for a while and might ad a loaf to the schedule. I have never ever ever seen a cat kitten or senior cat that attacked his meal with such lust, he loves Royal Canin, and yes we have tried others :(.
