My old english sheepdog can be fussy and he'll quite happily skip meals if he doesn't like the food. He really likes this though. He's eaten this for years, and I think the quality is the same. I remember noticing a difference in his skin and coat condition when he first started on it and its maintained. Great, I would recommend pro plan.

This feed has proven a real hit, words don't do it justice just how well received this feed has been. It has been 8 years since my girl would ever consider eating plain kibble, it has always had to be baited with wet food pouches or other titt bitts to get her to eat. The benefits to using this kibble as a complete feed are sigificant, as the harder chunks will help remove plaque on her teeth, as I am not having to soften the kibble with something in a gravy. As well as better understand the calorific value of what is going into the beast, although with a Great Dane the challenge has always been keeping her interested in eating. So far, this feed seems to really agree with her digestively but more to follow as we work our way through the pack. The pictures are more significant than reading the pack but from what I have gleaned from the packet it ticks all the boxes in terms of enough Fibre, Protein and essential oils to keep the Dog and coat healthy. In this case, the kibble must be exciting and meaty, my great dane is fussy and over entitled but with this she put one biscuit on the floor and devoured the rest. This is a stark contrast to normal, she will happily hunger strike with the real conviction of a true martyr if the offering of food is not acceptable and a family member that dog sits for her has accepted the need to offer her Sausage Sandwiches. Growing up she landed on a Kibble+ diet, after suffering Pano, we limited her protein intake to manage this and the rest is history, and this is why she isn't on the ritzy raw diet... Plus the smells from a Dane on Raw is intense. In summary, this is a real hit. I am staggered by how much she likes it. I am very pleased she is happy with it and a silver lining is that its competitive in cost to her current feed but does't need every bowl baited with a wet pouch to get her to eat it. I have tried many different brands over the last 8 years and this is the first to meet such a standard. Update: We are halfway through the bag and the results are clear. The old dog food is in the dog house... I better change my subscription as the pooch as voted with her feet.

The ingredients and the minerals and vitamins impressed me to start with. The packaging stands out too. Unfortunately my dog doesn't like it but she is too fussy. I am going to give it to my friend for her dog as I gave her some to try and her dog loved it. You can really tell the quality of this and I am really impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My New Foundland mix dog Mallie, is a very fussy eater. Any dry foods that we usually buy her HAS to be mixed with wet food or anything else she may like. I was really surprised and pleased to see that Mallie didn't need the extra's this time. She wolfed the food down as though her life depended on it. The bag was so heavy! I was beyond thrilled. The packaging looks very good too. Doesn't have that funny smell that dog food usually has either. The pieces were not too small for her. Absolutely perfect for a dog of her size.
