A design flaw means treats often get caught between the base and the upper-most green section. I found a solution was to completely remove both the top and also the secondary green unit which is located beneath the top green unit not visible in the image. So end up using just two of the four parts of the toy, which offers my cat a better chance of retrieving treats but still with a challenge to do so.
