When play time is over, turn the Ball Launcher OFF and store it safely away. Do not submerge the Ball Launcher in water. Wipe down with damp cloth to clean. Do not use in the rain or snow. Do not pour water into the unit. To clean Safety Sensor in the Launch Pocket, turn power OFF, then use a cotton swab or small brush to wipe the Motion Sensor clean. Do not place your hand inside the launch pocket. Do not leave Ball Launcher outside in the weather.

If the sensors become dirty in the launch pocket or there is an obstruction, turn power OFF and wipe the sensor with a cotton swab or use an old toothbrush to remove the obstruction. Do not place your hand inside the launch pocket

IMPORTANT ADVICE FOR DOG OWNERS - BALL PLAY SAFETY. Balls are a great toy for interactive play for your dog. Please ensure this toy is suitable for your pet's preferences, chewing habits and size, remembering that no toy is completely indestructible. Always supervise your pet during play, and regularly check your pet's toys, removing and replacing them if damaged or if parts become detached and could be a choking hazard, and seek immediate veterinary attention if any material is ingested.

Always ensure the ball is large enough for your dog to carry without the risk of accidental swallowing, but small enough to hold comfortably. Always consider your dog’s jaw shape and size. Always supervise your dog when playing with a ball. Safely remove wet and slobbery toys and leave to dry until the next playtime, to avoid accidental swallowing.

Regularly check that your pet’s toys are in good condition, and throw away any old and damaged items that may cause accidental choking incidents. For toys with squeakers inside, it’s advised you regularly check there are no clear tears in the fabric of the toy that may lead to your dog accidentally swallowing the squeaker. Never throw the ball directly at your dog to catch, instead throw away for them to chase and retrieve.
