This drinking fountain is cat-like in appearance, highly ergonomic and user-friendly. PIXI's little paws make the fountain easy to pick up for refills, while the cute ears help prevent water spills and splashes. The top plate also includes a saucer area, providing access to water when the fountain is not running. Even PIXI's nose and whiskers are super convenient and serves as a backlit water level window. PIXI's clever backlit LED light flashes red when water is low and stays red when it's out of water. Catit developed the fountain to feature 3 different settings: a gentle water flow, a bubbling top, or calm streams. The BPA-Free plastic reservoir has a 2.5L capacity and the intelligent pump shuts down when out of water to prevent damage. The fountain provides your cat with a continuous source of fresh, filtered water. Running water encourages cats to drink more, which helps prevent urinary tract diseases. The ergonomic design ensures a comfortable drinking position for your cat which reduces stress on their whiskers. The included filter removes debris, odours and impurities from your cat's drinking water. In addition, the water is softened by reducing magnesium and calcium levels.
