  • Works 90% of the time on a tricky dog.

    Yes, I recommend this product

Purina HA was recommended by my vet. I am happy to use it but my collie has a couple of different tricky issues so still occasionally regurgitates it. Very good as a reward for training & nice to handle.

    • Good, but…

No, I don't recommend this product

Must taste good, because I have a fussy pup and he’s been put on an allergy sensitive diet and seems to enjoy it… But he now has the stinkiest breath.

      • Wonder food for allergic dogs

One of my springers developed yeast ears and itching which was hard to clear up. He had a profuse stinky black discharge from one ear. We tried everything topical he had ears washed out, insect protein diet, limiting certain foods like red veg and grains - nothing worked! His vet suggested this for 3 months and we stopped everything else (inc his calming tablets which I was nervous about as he is an anxious pup). The Purina HA was amazing - not only have his ears cleared up completely - but itching stopped and he became calmer and less anxious even allowing us to stroke his head and ears which he was sensitive about before (a head aversion the vet explained due to painful ears and feeling uncomfortably itchy all over). His coat has never been better since on this food - he’s sleek and glossy. His tummy really settled down too even with stopping probiotics. I’ve tried to gently wean him back onto his old food and all the symptoms have returned - so I’m sticking with this. It’s amazing !

So happy my vet suggested this food. My 6yo Lab has such complex allergies its been a nightmare to keep on top of. She then developed intolerances and had persistent vomiting which is when this was introduced. She has been on this for 6 months now, loves it (although being a Labrador she would eat most things!), her coat and skin are better than ever and allergies symptoms greatly reduced. Most importantly - no more vomiting!

My dogs love these grains. We have a Yorkie who is on a hypoallergenic diet and is very fussy but she gobbles these up.
