The Arcadia Reptile EarthMix range is a collection of organic, multi-purpose, Bio-Active ready substrates designed to replicate a variety of natural habitats, including rainforest, woodland, arid and prairie environments. Each blend has been carefully developed by experts to support naturalistic enclosure design, animal enrichment and long-term ecosystem stability. EarthMix substrates are packed with ‘Organic Goodness’ and can be considered ‘pre-fed’, meaning bioactive custodians can be introduced from day one and will begin to thrive. For additional support, the range can be supplemented with EarthPro-Custodian Fuel (sold separately).

Earth Mix Original is a versatile substrate ideal for rainforest and woodland species. It can be maintained at higher humidity through regular misting or kept partially dry by limiting moisture to specific areas, allowing reptiles to self-regulate humidity levels. This natural mix contains beneficial minerals and amino acids that promote sustained live plant growth while maintaining safe, clean and mineral-rich conditions. Free from non-natural particles that could lead to impaction, the EarthMix range is suitable for a wide variety of reptile, amphibian and invertebrate species.
