Very pleased with product and service from CloserPets.Thank you.

This is the second Cat Flap of the same model that we have installed. It does not perform as we would expect. We bought a locking cat flap to stop our cat coming in with live mice at night and to also stop other cats gaining access. Unfortunately our cat can open the flap even when it is locked. The original one became very draughty quite quickly, the second one has a better fit but our main problem has not been solved.

Excellent quality product, we have two of these one on an external tunnel and one on our utility room door, our larger cat loves them.

Good product, does what it does. The larger size is better for our fat cat

It works very well and the locking functions are useful

It came almost within the day of ordering, so a very fast service. But the green lug on the one side wouldn't seat properly in its opening position meaning the door itself got stuck in the act of opening. My cats could not enter in as a result from the outside which kind of defeats the object/ purpose of the device. Good news was though was that I managed to remove the offending green lug completely and the flap now works both ways as it should do on just the one green lug. The red lugs work fine.
