Product Care
Thorough cleaning advised every 2 refills (each 3-4 weeks). Remove the food reservoir and the feeding dish. Unplug the feeder's power cord. Carefully wipe the dispenser with a slightly damp cloth. Make sure the dispenser never gets wet. Water could severely damage the electrical components.Wash the food reservoir, food dish and dish holder separately. Use water, soap and a soft cloth. The food dish holder and stainless steel food dish insert are dishwasher safe. Make sure all components are completely dry before reassembling. Reconnect the power cable to the food dispenser. Reassemble the Catit PIXI Smart Feeder. Fill the food reservoir and close the lid.
