Easy to use, this Thermo-Hygrometer is a combined thermometer and hygrometer, able to digitally monitor these two crucial factors in your reptile's habitat and allow you to take appropriate action to ensure temperature and humidity are kept at optimum levels for your reptile's health and happiness. A digitally precise unit, it features a combined remote sensor and a programmable minimum/maximum memory setting, which can be controlled with a single button. The unit can be installed in one of three ways with hook and loop fastener (included), with a screw, or by simply sliding it into position on top of the Exo Terra Compact Top or Dual Top Canopy.

How to use:
1. Slide the battery door open and insert one "AG13" / "LR44" battery as indicated.
2. Slide conversion switch on the back of the unit to "F" for Fahrenheit temperature readout or "C" for Celsius temperature readout.
3. Press MIN/MAX button once to display the maximum temperature/humidity readout.
4. Press the MIN/MAX button twice to display the minimum temperature/humidity readout.
5. Press the MIN/MAX button 3 times to return to the current temperature/humidity readout.
6. Press the button for 2 seconds to reset the minimum and maximum temperature/humidity.
Installation Instructions: Make sure that the remote sensor wire will reach the desired location in the terrarium before mounting the unit. Option 1: Use the hook and loop fastener (included) to install the unit on the outside the terrarium. Option 2: Use the rail-mount to slide the unit into an Exo Terra Compact Top.
Remote Sensor Replacement: Single thermo-hygrometer: Choose a suitable central location within the terrarium, away from the terrarium lighting or heating systems. Multiple thermo-hygrometers: Position one sensor in the warmest/driest and one sensor in the coolest/most humid location of the terrarium. Avoid direct heat from heating or lighting systems.
