Fluval Bug Bites are specifically formulated to address the natural, insect-based feeding habits of fish, with added vitamins, minerals, and other trace nutrients important to their health and vitality. Using a unique and sustainable cultivation process, Black Soldier Fly larvae (long known for their nutritional properties) are grown under controlled conditions as they feed off unconsumed fruits and vegetables that would otherwise go to waste. The larvae are then dried and mixed with high quality salmon, essential amino acids, and minerals to offer a nutritious daily diet. The water stable formulation ensures they do not break up, making sure your fish have a source of nutrition whilst you are away.

Before departure, ensure aquarium filter is running properly and all regular maintenance work is completed. Upon return, remove any leftover food, resume regular feedings and perform a partial water change.. It is recommended to test water parameters before and after holiday period.

    Fish seemed happy with their 'holiday food' and weee all still happy and slice after our long weekend away. Water was also still clear, so definitely will use again.

    Wouldn't give any stars on this but not an option. Two pristine tanks before I left for holiday and when I returned two filthy tanks with very cloudy water and full of algae! I've taken this up with Fluval as I'm not impressed.

      I put 1 in to test on my gold fish before my holiday. She ate the whole pellet within hours. We noticed too late. She has been constantly pooping for hours. I will never buy this product again

        Nice clean floating food was started on straight away. Had to net out last little bit going mushy probably OK and they would have finished it off.
