We cannot recommend Hills gastrointestinal Biome enough, Affinity vets in Moira recommended this food and we can honestly say it saved our little man’s life. He was loosing weight with chronic sickness and diarrhoea we tried every food on the market and other vet recommended foods nothing compares to the Hills formula. Yes it’s expensive, but as with many things in life you get what you pay for. Big Thank you to all concerned for your help and professional advice.

I wish you offered pate & different flavors. My cat licks around the little rice or barley and the little orange chunks. Puree it and mix it in pate.

Echoing other reviews requesting that this food be offered with a pate option. Cats are willing to eat it, which is good, but the pieces are too big. They end up getting pushed off the plate while my cats try to eat it. It makes a mess and creates so much waste. I have to grind it up into a paste with a fork, but there's limits to what a fork can do.

My cat loves this food. I mix it with a little of the same Biome dry food formula. She eats every bite! I am seeing an improvement in her stools.

Hills Gastrointestinal biome wet food is now both my cat’s absolute favourite! The gentle formula has significantly improved my one cat’s digestive issues, and the other is enjoying his meals just as much! Highly recommend for cats with sensitive stomachs and still suitable for those without!
