The tablets should be given whole. Tablets are film-coated and should not be broken or divided.The dose of the product for the treatment of adult dogs is nitroscanate 50mg/kg bodyweight, which is equivalent to 1 x 500mg tablet per 10kg (22lb) bodyweight. Repeat this treatment every three to six months as a preventative measure.
