Product Care:
Should the product become wet or dirty we recommend the tape be pulled out completely, brake applied and the product be left overnight to dry out of the reach of pets or children.
Warnings and Safety:
This lead is retractable and requires special precautions to reduce the risk of injury. We recommend that you read the safety leaflet carefully before using your lead and retain for future reference. Clean any debris from the tape before retracting into the housing. Users of this leash must be able to control the dog at all times. The safety collar prevents the danger of injury from snap-back if the dog's collar or the hook breaks, or if the lead disconnects from your dog's collar, we recommend the use of the safety collar provided when using the retractable lead. Do not attempt to repair this lead. Do not open the lead housing. The lead housing contains a pre-wound spring that could cause injury if opened. Ensure your dog is under control before detaching from the lead and fully retract before detaching. Never use the lead for tie out. Never touch or grab the tape whilst moving as this could result in burns or cuts, avoid the tape wrapping around hands, fingers or other body parts. If the tape accidentally wraps around you or others do not touch the tape, turn around or pass the handle from one hand to release. To avoid the risk of entanglement or tripping we recommend keeping the tape short, taught and locked when around others. Do not attach more than one dog to the lead, it is recommended to only use one retractable lead at a time. We recommend not to attach any accessories to the lead housing unless they are recommended specifically for this retractable lead. For your pet's safety replace the lead at first signs of any damage or detachment of parts. Broken, damaged, or frayed lead tapes can be caused by chewing, rough surfaces, take care when using this product to ensure it is kept in a safe, undamaged condition. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Contains small parts. Intended for dogs only. Pets can chew items unexpectedly, remove immediately if torn or damaged. Seek immediate veterinary attention if any material is ingested. Please ensure you remove your puppy's collar before placing them into a pet crate or when leaving them unattended. Keep out of reach of children, do not allow them to play with or use this lead.
