Pets at Home Kitten Stretchy Red Nylon Collar

My kitten wore this for 30 mins … drank some water and his neck ans fur turned red off the dye used. It took more than baby wipes to get the staining off his white fur.

First time my kitten went out in the rain he came back with a pink neck (he is white with black patches). Also after a week it is starting to get really fuzzy where he's scratched it. He seems comfortable in it and it's easy to get on and off but I wouldn't buy again and am now searching for something better quality.

We bought two different kitten collars for our new cats. The pink spotty one has fared well, but this red one has deteriorated into a shredded fluffy mess in about a week!

This product caused a lot of distress to our kitten. He managed to get his jaw caught under it while grooming (it had been fitted to the correct tightness) and the quick release on it failed to open. This happened during the night meaning he could not close his mouth all night whe we found him he's was completely covered in drool and shaking. Once we released him he was disoriented and couldn't put his tongue away after we washed dried and fed him he had thankfully returned to his normal happy self but will not have anything around his neck.

We needed to tell our kittens apart, this striking red collar is perfect for our little boy. Good quality and the little bell is cute. Can be taken off if you find it annoying.
