KONG Cargo Swivel Dog Seat Belt Tether for car

The KONG Cargo Swivel Tether has been designed for 2 purposes. Firstly, for use in the cargo area of your SUV or estate car to secure your dog in transit. The use of this tether also prevents your dog from being able to escape when you open the tailgate. In this mode you will attach the tether to the rear anchor of your ISOFIX on the back of the rear seats in the cargo area (in all cars since 2002).Alternatively, this tether can be used in the back seats of your car. Many dogs are restless in the back seats and sometimes stand on the release of a tether in the regular seat belt buckle releasing themselves. In this mode you fix it to the ISOFIX baby seat fixings at the base of the seat and your dog cannot release itself by standing on the seat belt release. This tether complies with Highway Code regulation 57 and ensures that your dog is restrained safely and prevents distraction to the driver.
