It's a basic slip lead. It'll do the job. I probably wouldn't use it for a very large/strong dog, as it doesn't seem that hard wearing. I'm a dog walker so will only use occasionally anyway. Nice and brightly coloured so hopefully not too easy to lose!

Bit to old for a 5 week old puppy

Lovely lead only thing is the black slip knot is quite fiddly if you struggle with your hands or if your dog is has long hair.

What a fab slip leash this is, for well under £10. Really strong with reflective threading for walking along roadside in the dark. I wish I had made this my first leash when I brought my puppy home

For a first slip-lead not a bad choice for the price, could do with it being a longer in length as the lead is a bit springy and therefore if you have a larger breed would not recommend?
