We all know how important it is to look after wild birds when the winter arrives and food becomes scarce, however it is equally important to look after them all year round. During hot temperatures, our wild bird friends have more difficulty finding food due to the hardened ground. Wild Birds bring so much joy to your garden and they deserve the best food. That's why our experts have created tasty recipes that will keep your feathered friends flocking back to your garden all year round. From suet blocks to seed, we have a whole host of Wild Bird Food to choose from. Explore our range of Bird Feeders to make feeding the birds even easier. We're better with wildlife - they're at the heart of everything we do.

How to use:

- Twist top anti clockwise to release for filling.
- Replace the lid, and hang the feeder in an appropriate location.
- The tube can also be twisted anti clockwise to remove the base for easy cleaning.

It is important to provide food throughout the whole year, especially during breeding, nesting, fledgling and colder periods. - Spring: Feeding in spring helps to provide nourishment to returning migratory birds and support them during the breeding season. - Summer: High energy and protein filled foods in the summer will help birds whilst they're busy raising their young. - Autumn: Migratory birds build up their fat reserves during the autumn for the energy required for their long journeys ahead. Native birds will also be preparing for the upcoming cold season. - Winter: High fat content helps sustain body weight and energy when natural food sources are scarce which helps birds survive the cold winter. Our Hygiene Checklist: Only put out 1-2 days' food at a time. Old food can pose a health risk and attract pests. To avoid a build up of bacteria, moulds or toxins relocate feeding station regularly. Wear gloves and regularly clean your feeders with a bird safe, antibacterial disinfectant. Wash your hands after handling products.

  • It works!

Just wanted to say that this squirrel proof fat ball feeder is effective and worth the money invested. It's also well made and fairly sturdy. Not starling proof though;)

  • Great for fat balls

Always get lots of birds flock to this feeder when I've topped it up with fat balls. There are lots of bars for them to cling onto while getting their snack. Squirrels don't seem interested and have not damaged it either.
