How about you NOT put the instructions on how to open the thing inside the thing!! For those of us who can’t figure out how to open it, having the instructions inside is of no use!!

He has absolutely no interest in it whatsoever and won’t even play with the ball.

I wanted to get my cats moving and peak their curiosity. This sort of worked. It took a few tries before 1 cat kinda figured out how to get the treats out. I thought it would be more of a playful item, it is more of a slow meander through the house as she nudges it with her nose.

I bought this on advice from the vet at my cat's annual weigh in. I filled it and put it on the floor for him and he looked at me as if I'd lost the plot. He refused to even try during the day but he does have a half hearted go in the night probably because he's "starving" and can't wait until breakfast. It is an excellent idea but it's not for my lazy, chubby fluffball. (He hated the flappy fish with a passion too).

Was bought honestly to see if my cat would entertain the idea of having to work for her food because she's on a bit of a diet. It did take a while for her to understand it but she's not the smartest of cats, and now she loves it. Gives her exercise whilst eating and stops her eating her food in less than a minute. I do like the way you have different sized holes, and to an extent the holes are adjustable - this was great when trying to teach her to use the ball. Only reason it's not 5stars is because its not the easiest product to clean.
