  • Absolutely rubbish

Pets at home pellets were excellent but they've changed and now the smell is just off the scale so much so that my asthmatic lungs cannot tolerate changing the litter. It's almost like the new version amplifies the smell. Switching to kittilit.

    • Changed for the worse

I'm having to change this every 2-3 days when I used to be able to get away with a full change after a week to 10 days. Just takes a couple of uses from a cat to smell absolutely acrid. It's so disappointing that a good product has to be made totally unusable, now I have to find something else.

      • Dissatified after many years of using

I am very disappointed. I have been using this product for years and recently brought another 3 Large bags in the new packaging to find you have changed the wood pellets and using a darker wood. This is not absorbing at all infact I have found that my cats have one pee in it and its drench and smelling very bad. The pellets used to be a lighter colour and didnt have an odour when it was used. Very dissatified as i am having to change it every time its used.

        • Used to be good, now UTTERLY AWFUL! AVOID!

I used to but this litter, in the "old" packaging and it was fantastic. Locked away smells, broke down easily and was easy to remove. This is NOT the same litter. It is more similar to AgriSelect Wood pellet litter and it is dreadful. I think Pets At Home had an excess of the dreadful litter and repackaged it to get rid of it. DO NOT BUT THIS LITTER!

          • Absolutely awful

This used to be good and always lasted the full week but now I'm lucky if it lasts a few days! Don't know what has changed but It is terrible. I'll be shopping elsewhere for litter now.

            • Totally different product

Its not just new packaging, its a totally new product. Doesnt cover up the smell at all. Having to clean trays every 2nd day now because the smell is unbearable, before they only got changed weekly
