  • Great for sensitive tummy

    Yes, I recommend this product

I got this from the vet after my 9 week old puppy had a sensitive tummy. It helped within a couple of days. I buy it now and give him half a sachet each day and it has helped him massively.

        Yes, I recommend this product

Give this regularly to my 2 dogs. Seems to have improved their general digestive health. They also seem to enjoy the taste when sprinkled on their food.

        • Purina probiotic

I have had my 13kg dog now for 12 months. His stools are and always have been very firm, sometimes coming out in little balls. Fantastic if he does it on a foot path, easy to pick up, but a bit too firm. Sometimes he seems to be straining himself to get the faeces out. When I got the dog from the rescue centre, he was on one sachet a day and is still on the same. Would an increase to 2 sachets improve things or could you recommend another product that would improve his bowel movement. Koby is a cross Pomeranian/Jack Russel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 11 week old pup - after trying forti flora for one week the result was a definite positive, I was unsure about his poo being between firm & soft maybe more soft than firm as he’s a pup… more or less straight away the change was noticeable looking like they should

No, I don't recommend this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Purina Pro Plan FortiFlora Probiotics for my two German Shepherds (a 10-year-old and a 1-year-old). This breed is known for having sensitive stomachs, and we often deal with digestive issues. The official materials say FortiFlora can support intestinal microflora, especially during antibiotic treatment, diet changes or recovery, so I hoped it would help. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for us at all. We followed the instructions carefully and tested it twice, but both times my dogs developed much looser stools than usual. The product simply didn’t agree with them, so we had to stop using it. I know probiotics can work differently for every dog, and I’m sure some pets benefit from it - but for my German Shepherds, it just wasn’t effective.
