[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfectly portioned for my dachshund and it looked like it was made with high quality ingredients, the pate formula was a definite hit with Darcy who can often be fussy. Each plate was meticulously cleaned and it definitely seemed to agree with her stomach.

Specially designed to help with a dachshund muscle tone and support bone and joint health. Soft texture which made it easy for Tilly to eat. She ran straight for the food when it was put down and scoffed it all. Happy dog

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Royal Canin Daschund wet dog food to try with my two dachshunds. There are 12 pouches in the box and each pouch weighs 85g. The food resembles a pate texture with it being finely blended as opposed to chunks in the majority of wet dog food. Despite the fact it was a pate texture it was still 'wet' and not a thick pate type, which had a nice, none offensive smell to it unlike other wet dog foods sometimes do. The food is tailored specific to Dachshunds over the ages of 10months old with added joint and bone support ingredients. One of my dogs absolutely loved this food and he continued eating it, however as mentioned It was less weight than the standard pouches he is used to so I had to supplement the difference with biscuits as he was still hungry afterwards. My other dog also loved it however it didn't agree with her stomach and had loose stools so I had to replace it with her usual food. She can be, but not always, sensitive to food high in chicken however the ingredients do not state the exact ingredients 'meat and animal by product' and the box I received was in a different language. Would I buy it again? Probably not, as for me it doesn't work for my circumstances as one needs additional food and it does not agree with my other dog. However Daschunds are prone to having joint and bone related problems so a food that has added nutrients to their diet to reduce these problems is great. I do think the ingredients should be clearer on the packaging so dog owners can make informed decisions especially in the case of allergies or sensitivities. Although, my dogs did enjoy the food/taste so for other dog owners who require a different amount of food and no allergies/ sensitivities it may be the perfect food for them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were lucky enough to receive three boxes of Royal Canin Dachshund adult wet dog food in loaf to trial and Maverick absolutely loved it! From the moment we opened the packet, he couldn’t get enough of it. The loaf texture is soft and smooth, making it really easy to serve and it mixes nicely with his dry food too. It has a good consistency without being overly watery or messy. I also really like the 85g portions as they are convenient and make it easy to serve the right amount without having an open tin sitting in the fridge for days. The individual packets are easy to store and the packaging is practical. After trying it for a while Maverick’s coat seems lovely and healthy looking which is always something we pay attention to when introducing a new food. He clearly enjoys the taste and we haven’t had no trouble getting him excited for meal times. Overall we are really pleased. Maverick gives it a definite paws up. The convenient portions, texture, how much he enjoys eating it make this a food we would happily buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little pooch absolutely loves this food! Since using it, we’ve noticed that his furs a lot more silkier and his stools are a lot more firm. He demolishes this food within seconds! We will be buying this in the future.
