Rescued a 6 month old pup with no toilet training was advised in the store to use gloves to handle as smells strong, but this didn't was just a plastic peg useless

We were having trouble getting our 15 week old retriever puppy to wee and poo outside, she gets too distracted by everything then goes back inside to toilet on the carpet. Now she sniffs this stick and pees near it every time. We're so happy! Hasn't fixed the pooping inside. But we're halfway there at least.

Tried this to get my puppy to go outside. No luck at all. And the post also stinks. The smell is horrible. She stays as far away from it as possible.

Pup was 4½ months old and we had tried everything!! Bought the pee post without much hope and the first couple of days she thought it was a toy but on the 3rd day of taking her too it, giving her a fuss and telling her to " have a wee" - she did ! 3 weeks later she goes to it all by herself. Grateful this product exists.
