The SureFeed Sealed Pet Bowl with motion activated lid has been designed to keep your pet's food fresher for longer, lock odours in and keep flies way. It has integrated motion sensors which detect when a pet approaches the bowl. The lid remains open until the pet has finished eating and moved away. Once the lid closes, it rests on the upper rim of the bowl, creating a sealed space which keeps the food inside fresher for longer, locks odours in and keeps flies away. This way your pet can graze-feed throughout the day without pressure and enjoy food that hasn't dried out. The bowl capacity is 400ml, which is suitable for feeding a cat or small dog. Being Battery powered (4 x C batteries, not included) the SureFeed Sealed Pet Bowl can be placed in any location in your home where your pet feels relaxed and comfortable to eat.

How to use:

This easy-to-use SureFeed Sealed Pet Bowl, is supplied with a quick start guide, which will guide you through the set up and configuration process. A more detailed instruction guide is available to download from the Pets At Home, or Sure Petcare web site.

Product Care:

It is important to keep your SureFeed Sealed Pet Bowl clean to ensure it functions reliably. Do not submerge the whole unit into water or place it under a running tap. The Pet Bowl is designed for hand washing with a damp cloth or sponge only. The Pet Bowl should be wiped with a damp cloth on a regular basis. Make sure the three sensor strips are kept clean at all times to ensure reliable operation.

Warnings and Safety:

Please Do NOT submerge the whole unit into water, place it under a running tap, or place it in the dishwasher. Sure Petcare recommends that the SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect is used with your pet's implanted microchip, however it may also be operated using the Sure Petcare RFID Collar Tag. If using the collar tag, it should be used with a safety collar which incorporates a breakaway buckle (cats only). Children should not be permitted to play with the SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder. It is not a toy and should not be treated as such. However, this product can be used by children aged 8 years and above and also by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities as long as they are supervised or have been given instructions on how to use the product in a safe way. They should always be made aware of any potential hazards involved. Do not allow children of any age to clean the product without supervision.

  • Doesn't work well for a black cat

    The sensors detect my black cat moving around the bowl and the lid opens but when he starts to eat, it soon closes on his head and he has to sit up and move around again for it to open.again. This happens repeatedly so I have to take the inner bowl out for him to eat. On the other hand, the lid stays open for my pale ginger cat while he is eating so it appears that the sensors don't work so well for black cats!
