Natural seed pods offering fluffy fibres for cosy bedding and edible seeds for gnawing, with antibacterial properties.

100% Natural seed pods from the Kapok tree! Your small animal will love removing the soft as silk, fluffy fibres from the pod and using them to create a warm and cosy bed. Then your small animal will be left with the edible seeds and the pod which can gnawed to their heart's content. They are full of cellulose fibres which are incredibly light (up to 80% air) so make a wonderfully warm and soft bedding. The fibres are also very short and break easily so they do not twist into long strings like some bedding can. It also has natural antibacterial properties.

How to use:

To use simply place one pod in your small animals home and leave the rest to them! In some cases it may be necessary to crack the pod open first with your fingers to give your small animal easier access to the bedding and edible seeds.

    Gerbils loved these! Would recommend - they now live in such a cosy home (how lucky)! They loved chewing the husk and broke into it within 20 mins! They also love the seeds inside!

            Please don't give your hammies anything fluffy to sleep with! It can become trapped in their pouches and stop them from breathing
