Pets at Home Small Animal Naturals Long Strand Timothy Hay 1kg

Bought this as a change to our usual hay and although more expensive for the weight it seems great quality, green and crunchy. There was a bit of dust at the bottom of the bag but less than our usual and with it being long stem not as messy. It took a while for our bun to get used to it but have seen a noticeable difference giving him more golden poo and an increase in energy levels.

I needed the hay for my rescue chickens - they had weak legs and appreciated a soft ride home. I once bought a rabbit and some hay. My class asked if they could name the bunny. One child found the Pets At Home receipt and said "He already has a name! Look! 'One Rabbit Timothy Hay.' "

This hay is longer than the more expensive branded hay bags, which means less ends up on the floor under my guinea pigs'hay rack. Great price and my piggies love it.

My bunnies love this as feeding hay and the long strands help keep their teeth in good shape. Smells really nice too so I can see why it's so appealing to them.

All my three buns loved this..smells really fresh …I could eat it! I mix in some flower petals/nettle roots and they demolish it. Hope I can continue to buy it!
