I have 2 boy Russian blues adult males and they love it. I love the fact you don't have a cat stinky smell. Helps with order control. Would definitely recommend this. The cleanness and accessibility are great. Last time I went to the hospital I was in for 6 days and I'm there one that cleans the box so my husband never thought of doing it. So when I got home I had a lot of kitty mess to clean. So the convince of this in case something like that happens again is great. I clean their box every time they use it so they have a nice clean over so it will help a lot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two adult cats in a relatively small apartment, and this litter box has been mostly great so far. I love not having to manually scoop litter every day, and the app features are genuinely useful. Being able to monitor my cats' weight and litter box usage gives me an extra level of insight that I didn't have with a traditional litter tray. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing a couple of issues that stop me from rating it higher. My biggest issue is the odour control. Living in a small apartment, smells tend to travel quickly, so one of the main reasons I purchased this litter box was for the advertised odour control features. Unfortunately, the whole apartment still smells after either of my cats use the litter box. The cleaning cycle runs correctly, the waste drawer is properly sealed, the deodoriser is installed, and I empty the waste drawer every two days, but the odour is still much stronger than I expected. My second issue is that the litter box sometimes throws dirty litter out the front during the cleaning cycle. When I first assembled the unit, I ran several test cycles and everything worked perfectly. Once my cats started actually using it, however, I began noticing clumps of dirty litter ending up outside the box after cleaning cycles. To rule out litter tracking from my long-haired cat, I manually started a cleaning cycle shortly after use and watched the process. I was able to see litter being ejected from the front of the unit during the cycle itself. These two issues reduce a lot of the convenience that an automatic litter box is supposed to provide, particularly at this price point. Having to regularly clean up spilled litter and deal with ongoing odour problems has been disappointing. That said, there are still a lot of things I like about this product. The footprint is compact and works well in an apartment, the app is easy to use, the weight and usage tracking are genuinely useful, and I appreciate being able to switch between automatic and manual cleaning cycles. The cleaning mechanism is also relatively quiet, and both of my cats adapted to using it without any problems.

I have owned several automated liter boxes over the last 15 years. They all have/had problems. I have owned this litter box for about a year now. It is about average. The good: The odor control is good since it usually dumps the clumps into a closed tray.The cleaning system is decent, but mine no longer levels the sand properly. The Bad: The liter tray area is too small. When the cat does not center its back side on the liter, the poo lands on the plastic/rubber side area. If a poo gets stuck, it will sometimes drop the clump outside the liter box. The tub is not easy to clean and you will need to do it at least once per week. A tub of Clorox non-bleach wipes helps with the little poo smears. The most annoying problem is that is gets stuck. You have to manually unplug and restart the box. If you do not check the box everyday, you will end up with a mess. You do need to check frequently as the clumping liter needs to be refilled since the tray area only holds a small amount of liter. Last issue is the liter escapes the box out of the front due to the cat kicking it and sometimes because the cats pile is push to the front. When spinning to collect the clumps, the liter is pushed or spills out the front.

Waste of money in my opinion. Poo doesn’t always clear when box is activated. Seems to waste the “special liter.” Good for company bad for consumers

So happy with this product. It has delivered great odor control and improved general cleanliness. Easy assembled and very accessible for cleaning out and litter changes.Perfect for waste contaminent in a tight space for a large indoor male cat.
