The National Trust Crete Window Feeder is ideal for homes without a garden or limited outside space. The feeder can be securely attached to a window with the 2 strong suction cups provided, allowing you to watch the birds feed from the comfort of your home. The transparent plastic ensures the birds are visible from every direction. This feeder can also be used to feed kibbled peanuts, chopped up suet treats, fat balls and fruits. Whole peanuts should not be fed from this feeder (always feed whole peanuts from a dedicated peanut feeder to prevent young birds choking on them)

Don't let droppings build up, clean your feeders thoroughly using a wildlife friendly disinfectant. They recommend that you wear rubber gloves when cleaning and wash your hands, wrists and forearms thoroughly with soap and water afterwards.

Do not clean feeders indoors or near food preparation areas. Use dedicated implements such as a cleaning brushes that are used for no other purpose and clean these thoroughly after use.
