Benebone Wishbone Dog Chew Toy Bacon

Hi everyone! I recently purchased a Benebone chew toy and I'd like to share my thoughts. First, I have a puppy who LOVES to chew, so finding a durable chew toy was really important to me. After doing some research, I came across the American Kennel Club, one of the most trusted sources for dog information in the U.S. They recommend toys made of nylon or hard rubber because they're less likely to break apart. After comparing different brands, I decided to go with Benebone, and it has been a great choice (check out the pictures and videos). My dog absolutely loves it! The bone is made of a very durable material. It's not too heavy, so it's easy for my dog to carry around. It's also firm enough to last without being so hard that I'd worry about it damaging my dog's teeth. My puppy isn't an aggressive chewer, so this chew toy lasts forever (haha). If your dog is a heavy chewer, I'd recommend checking the toy regularly to make sure it isn't breaking into too many small nylon pieces or showing signs that it might break. You can never be too careful. If you're looking for something to replace your dog's obsession with chewing your shoes, I definitely recommend Benebone!

I have two Boston Terriers (1 female, 1 male; both age 5), approximately 20 pounds and 25 pounds respectively. They both go absolutely BONKERS for these chew toys, especially the wishbone and this dental chew one. Typically we buy the small size, but my sister got them a couple of size mediums. Personally I think the small size is better for them, but they have no trouble carrying around the medium size either. These are their absolute favorite "treats" and they last a long time, even for my boy who regularly destroys chew toys built for much larger breed 'extreme chewers.' I cannot recommend them enough!! I will say, however, as a word of caution: if your dog has dental issues such as unhealthy gums or tooth decay/weakening - these might not be the best fit for your dog. Healthy teeth & gums: this will be your dog's new favorite item!

I purchased the Wishbone bacon for a friend's dog and it was amazing how quickly the dog started chewing on it!

This “tiny” wish bone only got 3 stars instead of 5 as it isn’t small enough for my daughters chihuahuas. Her little Pepper loves her other chew bones but just can’t carry this one or handle it with her small paws. And it’s way too small for my big dogs.
